Dispenza is a brand of SEOG LLC, a Nevada limited liability company.

Who we are

dispenza.com ("the site") is owned and operated by SEOG LLC, a Nevada limited liability company trading as Dispenza ("we", "us", "our"). We are a marketing agency for licensed cannabis dispensaries. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the site.

This policy covers the site and the communications that start from it. Marketing work we do for a client's customers under a signed agreement is governed by that agreement and the client's own privacy policy; in that work we act on the client's instructions.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you book a demo, send a message, call us or email us, we collect what you provide: your first and last name, dispensary name, email address, phone number, website URL, store type (retail only, delivery only, or retail and delivery), the date and time you prefer to talk, and anything you write in a message. You are under no obligation to provide any of it; without it we may not be able to book the call or reply.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our analytics and hosting software records technical data: the pages you view, the links you click, the referring page, the approximate location derived from your IP address, your browser and device type, and the time of the visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.

Information from other sources. If you become a client, we receive business information from the systems you connect to your account (for example your Google Business Profile, menu provider or point-of-sale) to deliver the services in your agreement. We may also look up public information about your dispensary, such as your licence status and your published address and hours, to prepare for a demo.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, loaded through Google's tag (gtag.js). Google Analytics sets cookies that give your browser a random identifier so we can count visits, see which pages are used and measure whether the demo form is completed. We use the data in aggregate to improve the site. Google processes the data under its own privacy policy and may use it as described there; you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies does not stop the site working.

The site also sets cookies that are necessary for it to function, such as the cookie that remembers a form step. We do not run advertising pixels or retargeting tags on the site as of the date above; if that changes, this section will be updated before the tag goes live.

Forms, scheduling and our CRM

When you submit the demo form or a contact message, the information goes into our customer relationship management and scheduling software so that we can book the call, prepare for it and follow up. Our team sees the record; the software provider processes it for us under a contract that limits its use to providing the service. If you book a time, the meeting details are created in our calendar and a confirmation is sent to the email address and, if you opt in, the phone number you gave.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• book, confirm and hold your demo, and answer your questions;
• prepare a quote and, if you become a client, set up and deliver the services in your agreement;
• send you information about our services that we think is relevant to a licensed dispensary, which you can stop at any time;
• run, secure and improve the site, and understand how it is used;
• keep business records, meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only:

• with service providers who process it for us: analytics (Google), our CRM and scheduling software, our email and SMS delivery providers, and the hosting of the site on the SGEN platform, which is operated by SEOG LLC. Each provider is limited by contract to using the data to provide its service to us;
• with a successor business if SEOG LLC or the Dispenza brand is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply until it is changed;
• where the law requires it, to comply with a subpoena, court order or a lawful request from a regulator, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.

We do not share personal information with any other third party.

SMS and phone numbers

If you give us a phone number on a form, we may call you about your enquiry. We send text messages only if you opt in to them on the form or in a message: confirmations, reminders and replies about your demo or account. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out and HELP for help, or email hello@dispenza.com. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any service, and we do not share your phone number or your text-message consent with third parties for their marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to follow up, and no longer than three years after our last contact with you unless you become a client. Client records are kept for the term of the agreement and for the period afterwards that tax and contract law require. Analytics data is retained on the schedule set in our Google Analytics account and then deleted or aggregated. You can ask us to delete your information sooner under "Your rights" below.

Security

We protect personal information with administrative, technical and physical measures appropriate to its sensitivity: access limited to staff who need it, encrypted connections to the site and our tools, and provider contracts that require the same. No system is completely secure, and we cannot promise that information sent over the internet will never be accessed without authorisation. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you and any regulator as the law requires.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and stop marketing messages at any time. Email hello@dispenza.com and we will respond within 45 days; we may ask you to confirm your identity first.

California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, you have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes and the categories of third parties we share it with; the right to delete it; the right to correct it; the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising); and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Nevada residents. Nevada law gives you the right to direct a website operator not to sell your covered information. We do not sell covered information; you may still register that direction by emailing hello@dispenza.com.

Other states. If your state gives you additional privacy rights, we honour them on request through the same contact.

Children

The site is for licensed cannabis businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18, and our services market cannabis only to adults 21 and over as state law requires. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email hello@dispenza.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top is the date of the current version, and material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
