Services
A Nevada shopper is won twice, once when she searches and once when she decides where to go back, and these twelve services cover both for your store: three to rank it, four to build it, three to keep her coming back, two to run the numbers, all on one contract. The plans below show which modules each carries.

Nobody in Nevada is making new cannabis buyers; marketing only decides which licensed door an existing one walks through, so the shopper you lose is a rival's sale. Here is that fight, and our move on it.
Above, four clients’ day zero against the month, in Share of Local Voice: the share of the local pack a store holds for "Dispensary Near Me" across its trade area.
Store and lounge counts are from the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board list of licensees, current as of 1 August 2026; population is the US Census Bureau's Vintage 2024 estimate. Both were read on 9 September 2026. Tribal establishments, which the Board does not license, are not counted. No Nevada cannabis sales figure appears here, and no county or city store count, because none was taken from a Board or state publication.
109 storefronts. Two lists, one pool of buyers.
The state's list, current as of 1 August 2026, carries 109 licensed retail stores, 78 under Southern Nevada and 31 under Northern Nevada, serving 3,267,467 residents and the visitors among them. That pool is not growing, and every search shows a shopper three doors first; if yours is not one of the three, the tap goes to a rival. Putting your pin in that three, for an agreed keyword set and radius, is what we guarantee.
Seven in ten of those doors are in the south.
Roughly seven in every ten of Nevada's licensed storefronts sit on the Southern Nevada list, and the state's demand is tourism-driven and concentrated in Clark County, so trading in the south means splitting the busiest pool in the state with the densest half of the list. Your shopper never sees a county line when she searches; the three positions she is shown are drawn around her, so we draw your rank grid the same way, around the trade area you pull from, and report it point by point every month.
Three consumption lounges, a category almost no other market has.
Nevada is the first state to license independent cannabis consumption lounges, and the Board's August 2026 list carries three of them alongside the state's licensed stores. Each open lounge is another pin on the map your shopper searches, and a result you are absent from unless you hold one too. If you hold one, it gets its own page, profile and keyword set inside the same contract, so it earns its own position rather than riding on your storefront's, and the guarantee is written to that scope.
Most dispensaries rent their marketing from four vendors and hope the pieces talk to each other. They rarely do.
Nevada's retail list runs to 109 storefronts, but the Board keeps them on two lists that never meet, 78 under Southern Nevada, where the state's tourism demand concentrates, against 31 under Northern Nevada, so the fight you are actually in is with the doors inside your own radius rather than with the state total, and renting four tools from four vendors to fight it is the expensive way to fight.
You know the rules you sell under better than any agency does, so this page does not restate them. If you want the references, both are in the library: dispensary advertising rules by state and cannabis marketing compliance.
Your stack is rented from four vendors.
A marketplace listing, a menu vendor, a loyalty or SMS tool and a generic retainer, each with its own login. Fix: one platform (SGEN) and one agency, with the site, the menu and the campaigns in one place.
Local SEO is an upsell tier elsewhere.
The work that puts you in the local pack for "Dispensary Near Me" is often gated behind the top plan. Fix: ranking work is included from the first dollar. Localized on-page SEO, 100+ off-page profiles and Google Business Profile management are in both plans.
Menu traffic leaks to marketplaces.
A shopper who finds your store on a third-party listing is that listing’s customer. Fix: menu-connected SGEN sites keep the order on your domain, with staff updating the menu themselves.
Four invoices, four account managers.
Nobody owns the result. Fix: one point of contact, one monthly report showing what ran, what it cost and what it returned.
Web design and development are included — no separate build fee.
Local SEO, menu-connected websites, email, SMS and loyalty under one contract.
New Frontier Data (2026-06-21) put one operator’s cost per new customer at about $23. So we manage the channel that costs the least per visit: the local pack.
Our currency is Share of Local Voice (SoLV) for "Dispensary Near Me" — the share of local-pack visibility your store holds for that search across its trade area, reported with its window and case page.
The twelve services above are the same in every market; what changes for you is the scope, and in Nevada that means one of two maps that never see each other. Your keyword set, your radius, your pin count and the shape of your monthly report are written to the trade area your store pulls from, south or north, and the top-three guarantee is written to that same scope.
If you deliver as well, bring that side of the operation to the demo call: the service-area grid is drawn around the footprint you actually serve, not around either of the state's two lists.
If you run one store.
You hold a state license from the Board plus a local business license from whichever city or county your premises sits in, and those two authorities draw different lines. Your shopper cannot see any of them when she searches, so we never draw your rank grid to a boundary; it is drawn around the trade area you pull from and crosses whatever line that takes, and the three map positions inside it are the ones we work for. Share of Local Voice for "Dispensary Near Me" is reported across that grid every month, point by point, so you see which streets you hold and which a rival holds. If you trade on the Northern Nevada list, the same grid is drawn to your own radius, where 31 doors rather than 78 are in the fight. See marketing for the single-location dispensary.
If you run several.
Competition here is counted in premises, not in companies: the Board's list counts doors, and each door is a pin your own stores are not in. So the program mirrors the list: one SGEN domain with a store selector, one page and one Google Business Profile per premises, one citation set per address and one row per location in the roll-up report, so a pin on the northern list that is slipping is never averaged into one in the south that is not. The guarantee is written the same way, per location, per keyword set, per radius, never as one number for the group. See marketing for multi-location dispensaries and MSOs.
Six things you are up against on the Nevada list, what each one costs you at the till, and what we do about it under a top-three guarantee written to your keyword set and radius. Each links the guide that goes deeper, if you want the method before the call.
A visitor has no favorite store. Your profile is the whole pitch
Demand in Nevada is visitor-driven and concentrated in Clark County, and a visitor arrives with no habit, no loyalty card and one search. She taps one of the three pins the map shows first, and what she reads there, your primary category, your hours, your photos, the answer to last week's review, is the entire case for walking in rather than walking on. With 109 doors on the list and three positions per search, a profile left to run itself is a position handed to a rival that works theirs. Google Business Profile management is in both of our plans and is worked every month, which is how your pin stays one of the three she sees. See the guide: Google Business Profile for dispensaries.
The street is closed, so the budget goes to the map
Nevada keeps cannabis advertising off transit and out of handbills, holds every TV, radio and print placement to an audience no more than 30% under 21, with the proof kept for five years, and its 1,000-foot rule around schools, parks, daycares, playgrounds, community centers and libraries reaches vehicle wraps and mobile billboards. That closes most of what a visitor market would normally buy and leaves the shopper exactly one habit: she lands, she searches, she taps one of three. So the money that cannot go on the street goes to the map, to your own site and to the list of adults who have already bought from you, and all three are ours to run for you under one contract. See the guide: dispensary advertising rules by state.
One license list, two maps that never meet
Nevada licenses statewide, but the local pack does not know that: a search in the north never shows a Southern Nevada pin, and a search in the south never shows one from the northern list. So a statewide rank is a number nobody can cash at your till. What counts is your position across the radius you pull from, point by point, because with most of the state's doors packed onto one of those two lists it can differ on every corner of your trade area. We measure Share of Local Voice across a grid of points in that radius and write your monthly report in that currency, so you see the streets you are taking and the ones a rival is taking from you. See the guide: the dispensary SEO guide.
The visitor buys once. The resident decides whether you last
Visitor demand is real, but a visitor buys once and flies home. The buyer who decides whether you are still trading in three years is one of 3,267,467 residents, in a state that approved adult use in 2016 on top of an older medical program, so she already has a favorite and knows where it is. Winning her is not a matter of shouting; it is being the name she remembers and the pin she finds the one time she looks elsewhere. A points or tier structure wired into your POS, with the email and SMS that keep it warm, is the one asset a rival cannot take off you with a better map position, and that retention layer is what separates our two plans. See the guide: the dispensary loyalty program guide.
Four rented tools, one fixed pool of buyers
Nevada's pool of buyers is not growing, so every sale you add comes off a rival's counter, and where no new buyers are being made, overspending is how you disappear rather than how you win. Outspending the list is not the answer. Not renting four tools from four vendors is: a marketplace listing, a menu tool, a messaging platform and a retainer are four bills that never talk to each other and never care whether your share moved. What each rented piece costs, from dated third-party sources, is in the guide; both of our plans put the site, the ranking work and the reporting on one contract, with the build included. See the guide: what dispensary marketing costs.
Nevada makes you prove your audience. Your own list comes pre-proven
Broadcast and print in Nevada come with an audience test and five years of paperwork, and transit and handbills are closed altogether. The list of people who have already bought from you carries neither problem: every name on it bought at your counter, under your license, and the resident names on it are the repeat trade that outlasts the visitor season. A win-back email to a lapsed list costs you nothing but the sending, and a welcome sequence after a first purchase is how a one-time visitor becomes a second visit on her next trip. Email and SMS are modules in both of our plans, and the report shows you what each send returned at the till. See the guide: the dispensary email marketing playbook.

Do you guarantee rankings?
A written top-3 local ranking guarantee — Dispenza’s own offer; the keywords, radius and time window are set in your agreement (see terms). Terms apply. Ask for the guarantee terms on your demo call before you sign anything. The guarantee covers the local keyword set agreed for your trade area, over a defined window.
Which platform are the sites built on?
Built on SGEN — the platform every one of Dispenza’s 500+ dispensary sites runs on. SGEN is Dispenza’s in-house website platform, so the team that hosts your site is the team running your campaigns. Menu-connected sites are built to be updated by staff.
What does it cost?
Pricing is scoped to your locations and both plans above list every module in full, with the site build included and no separate build fee. A quote for your store count takes one demo call. See how pricing works.
Is Nevada one market, or two?
Two, and treating it as one costs you money. The state's list carries 109 retail stores as 78 under Southern Nevada and 31 under Northern Nevada, and a shopper searching in one never sees a pin from the other, because the local pack is drawn around the person searching rather than around the state. So there is no Nevada campaign, only your store's: we scope the keyword set and the rank grid to the trade area you pull from, and the state total shrinks to the handful of doors actually inside your radius.
We run one store. Is top three realistic on a list this size?
Yes, because the local pack is not a state ranking. The guarantee is written per location, for an agreed keyword set, radius and window, and inside that radius your store competes as one pin against the handful of doors actually near your shopper, not against every door in the state. A store with its primary category set right, a menu-connected landing page on its own domain and citations that match its address exactly is competing on the same inputs as any pin beside it, and a neglected one is the easiest position on the list to take. Bring your address to the demo call and we draw the grid for that one store before anything is signed.
Most of our trade is visitors. Does local search matter to us?
More than anywhere, because a visitor has no favorite. She lands in Clark County, where the state's visitor demand concentrates, opens the map and taps one of the three pins it shows first; whichever store that is gets the walk-in, and there is no second search. That is the fight local SEO and the profile work decide for you. The resident is the other half of the answer: she is the repeat buyer a rival cannot take with a better pin, provided you have the loyalty, email and SMS that keep her, and that is the layer that separates our two plans.
Nevada keeps cannabis ads off transit and handbills and puts an audience test on broadcast and print. Where does the budget go instead?
To the three surfaces that are left and that you can own: your map position, your own menu-connected site and the list of people who have already bought from you. None of the three is rented by the month from a publisher, and all three compound: a profile worked every month is stronger next month than one left alone, a site on your own domain keeps the order and the customer, and a list grows with every sale. We run all three under one contract and report what each returned, so the money the rules push off the street is the money that shows up in your till.
How is the guarantee written for a Nevada store?
To your store, not to the state. The keyword set, the radius and the window go into the agreement, and the offer on that agreed set is top three in the local pack for your pin, guaranteed, reported as Share of Local Voice across a grid of points in your radius rather than as one rank. It is never a promise of sales or customers, and it is never a number for Nevada as a whole, because no shopper searches the whole of Nevada. Terms apply, and we walk you through them on the demo call before you sign.
Book straight into the calendar. Bring your store count and your address; you leave the call with a quote scoped to your locations and the guarantee terms to read before you sign.
More markets
Other Nevada markets first, then the rest. Every market page is written to its own store count and its own map, and the guarantee is written to yours.
