Services
Georgia hands you a medical-only market, one product to sell in it, and almost no public place to advertise that product, so everything that decides your month happens on surfaces you own outright. Twelve services cover them: three that rank you where she looks, four that build what she lands on, three that bring her back for the next refill, two that keep score. Each row opens its own service page, and the two plans below say which of them you get.

Single-location dispensaries · multi-location dispensaries and MSOs · delivery dispensaries.
Nobody in Fulton County creates a cannabis buyer. Georgia's program is medical, low-THC and one product deep, so every refill one of this county's three licensed dispensaries takes is a refill your till did not see. Here is the size of that fight, and our move on each figure.
Above, four clients’ day zero against the month, in Share of Local Voice: the share of the local pack a store holds for "Dispensary Near Me" across its trade area.
The three licensed medical cannabis dispensaries counted here are the Georgia Access to Medical Cannabis Commission's dispensing locations, scoped to Fulton County and read on 10 September 2026. That county count supersedes an earlier statewide pharmacy figure carried in this market's file, which held no county number at all, and no statewide dispensing total appears here because none was verified for this county. No count of participating independent pharmacies inside Fulton County appears either: the Commission's published dispensary map exposed no machine-readable count when it was checked on 9 September 2026, and the pharmacy figures that were available were statewide and secondary. The 5% THC ceiling, the medical-only scope and the pharmacy channel are the Commission's patient dispensing material, read 9 September 2026; the six-dispensing-location limit per production licensee is Georgia's production-license structure as recorded for this market, and carries no section citation, because none was recorded with it. The advertising limits and the hemp-retailer naming prohibition effective 1 July 2024 are O.C.G.A. Title 16, Chapter 12, Article 9, assembled from summaries of the Georgia Code and Commission material rather than read from the operative subsection, which was not fetched verbatim. Population is the US Census Bureau Vintage 2024 estimate, 1,090,354. No county sales figure is stated, because none is recorded for this market. No local-control rule is stated for any municipality inside this county, because none was established. No split of the three dispensaries across Atlanta, Sandy Springs, Roswell or Alpharetta appears here, because no city-level breakdown was recorded.
Three licensed medical cannabis dispensaries. 1,090,354 residents.
The Commission's dispensing-location list puts three licensed medical cannabis dispensaries inside the Fulton County line. Of the 1,090,354 people around them, only the ones Georgia's medical low-THC program serves may buy from you at all. She searches, and taps one of the three pins the map gives her. Putting your pin in that three, for an agreed keyword set and radius, is what we guarantee in writing.
The other counter dispensing the same oil is a pharmacy.
Georgia is the only state that lets licensed independent pharmacies hand low-THC oil across a counter, and Atlanta pharmacies were reported starting to do it in 2026. That is a second channel, not a fourth dispensary: it does not add to the three counted here, but it changes what your patient sees when she searches. We read what the map already returns for your terms, then build your profile and your citations so the pin she taps is yours.
Signage and a website. That is the whole public street.
A Georgia dispensary may say almost nothing in public beyond signage at its location and an informational website, and since July 1, 2024 a hemp retailer may not represent itself as a dispensary of low-THC oil unless it holds a dispensing license. That hands back the searches those shops were catching, and tells you where your money cannot go. What is left is the map, the page she lands on and the patients already on your list, and we run those surfaces for you on one contract, scored monthly in your Share of Local Voice report.
Most dispensaries rent their marketing from four vendors and hope the pieces talk to each other. They rarely do.
Fulton County holds three licensed medical cannabis dispensaries for 1,090,354 residents and a single thing to sell them, low-THC oil capped at 5% THC with no flower and no adult-use trade behind it, so your next refill has to come off a rival counter rather than out of a growing category, and renting your listing, your menu, your texting and your reporting from four vendors that never speak to each other is paying four invoices to lose one map position.
You know the rules you sell under better than any agency does, so this page does not restate them. If you want the references, both are in the library: dispensary advertising rules by state and cannabis marketing compliance.
Your stack is rented from four vendors.
A marketplace listing, a menu vendor, a loyalty or SMS tool and a generic retainer, each with its own login. Fix: one platform (SGEN) and one agency, with the site, the menu and the campaigns in one place.
Local SEO is an upsell tier elsewhere.
The work that puts you in the local pack for "Dispensary Near Me" is often gated behind the top plan. Fix: ranking work is included from the first dollar. Localized on-page SEO, 100+ off-page profiles and Google Business Profile management are in both plans.
Menu traffic leaks to marketplaces.
A shopper who finds your store on a third-party listing is that listing’s customer. Fix: menu-connected SGEN sites keep the order on your domain, with staff updating the menu themselves.
Four invoices, four account managers.
Nobody owns the result. Fix: one point of contact, one monthly report showing what ran, what it cost and what it returned.
Web design and development are included — no separate build fee.
Local SEO, menu-connected websites, email, SMS and loyalty under one contract.
New Frontier Data (2026-06-21) put one operator’s cost per new customer at about $23. So we manage the channel that costs the least per visit: the local pack.
Our currency is Share of Local Voice (SoLV) for "Dispensary Near Me" — the share of local-pack visibility your store holds for that search across its trade area, reported with its window and case page.
The twelve services are the same in every market. What changes for you here is the scope: with three licensed medical cannabis dispensaries in the county and one product between them, your keyword set, your radius, your rank grid and the window your top-three guarantee is written to are all drawn around the door she actually walks through, never around the county line.
No delivery block appears here, because no delivery channel for low-THC oil was established for this county. If you move product to patients in any way, bring that side of the operation to the demo call and the service-area grid is drawn to the places you actually reach.
If you run one of the three.
One door in a county this size is not a disadvantage, it is a short queue: the map hands your patient three pins drawn around where she is standing, and the work that puts you among them is ordinary and unglamorous. We write your keyword set and your pages to the town your door opens onto rather than to a metro name, set your Google Business Profile category and product wording so the map can tell a licensed dispensary from a hemp shop, and report Share of Local Voice across your own grid every month, so you can see which streets you hold. See marketing for the single-location dispensary.
If your production license carries more than one door.
A Georgia production licensee may open up to six dispensing locations and no more, so your coverage is capped by the license rather than by your budget, and every extra patient has to be won on the map instead. We mirror that shape: one SGEN domain with a location selector, a page and a Google Business Profile per address, a citation set per address, and a roll-up report with a row for each door, so the one quietly losing ground is never averaged into the one that is winning. The top-three guarantee is written the same way, per address, to each door's own keyword set and radius. See marketing for multi-location dispensaries and MSOs.
Three licensed medical cannabis dispensaries, one product, and a public street you are barely allowed to advertise on: that is the market you trade in, and it leaves the surfaces you own outright carrying almost all of your marketing. Six things Fulton County does to your dispensary, what each one costs you at the till, and what we do about it under a top-three guarantee written to your keyword set and radius.
The map has to be able to tell you apart from a hemp shop
Georgia closed the naming line on hemp retailers, but the shops that used the word are still on the map beside you, and a patient who cannot tell which pin is the licensed one taps the nearest. Your profile is what settles it: primary category set right, the products you actually dispense listed, hours current, questions answered, reviews answered, worked every month. We claim it, fill it and keep it fed, and report where your pin sits across your own grid, so you can see the three you are inside. See the guide: Google Business Profile for dispensaries.
She searches for the product, not for a shop
Georgia sells one thing, low-THC oil capped at 5% THC with no flower, so your patient types the product and her town rather than a category name a marketer invented. Pages written to a metro label lose to pages written to the place your door is on, and in a county carrying Atlanta, Sandy Springs, Roswell and Alpharetta that difference decides who she finds. We build your keyword set out of the words she actually uses, put a page behind each of them on a domain you own, and settle that structure before a single ranking is chased. See the guide: the cannabis SEO guide.
Start by auditing what you already run
What a Georgia dispensary may put in public is signage at its location and an informational website, and the hemp-retailer naming line has been live since July 1, 2024. A lot of the marketing running in this state was written before either mattered: title tags, profile categories and headlines using a word the business is not entitled to, or budget aimed at placements it can never use. So we read everything you already run against what Georgia allows and hand you back a list, what to change, what to switch off, and what the money should be doing instead. See the guide: the cannabis marketing compliance guide.
A medical patient refills on a rhythm, and the map forgets her
Your buyer is not browsing. There is one product in this market and she already knows she needs it, she comes back on a cycle, and the door she used last time keeps the visit unless somebody makes it easier not to. In a county with this few doors, the patients who already chose you are the asset nobody can rank away from you, because it is a relationship rather than a position. Points, tiers and a list wired into your point of sale are how you hold it, and what you may say to that list in Georgia is something we settle in the audit rather than assume. See the guide: the dispensary loyalty program guide.
The state caps the doors and the product. It does not cap your site
Six dispensing locations per production licensee, one product, 5% THC: almost every lever in this market has a ceiling on it written by somebody else. Your own site is the exception, and it is also half of what Georgia lets you say in public at all. It has to load on a phone with one bar, say plainly what you dispense and who may buy it, show today's hours and put the call and the directions one tap away. That build is inside the contract we sign, with no separate site fee, and every pin you hold sends its tap to it. See the guide: the dispensary website design guide.
In a three-door county, the order of the work is the plan
Where a market has hundreds of doors you can afford to run several things badly at once; where it has three, a wasted quarter is the year. The sequence that works here never changes: fix the profile so the map can identify you, fix the pages so the searches land somewhere that answers them, then work the patients who already chose you, then score what each surface returned. We run that for your dispensary on one contract, and you see the scoreboard every month rather than at renewal. See the guide: the dispensary marketing guide.

Do you guarantee rankings?
A written top-3 local ranking guarantee — Dispenza’s own offer; the keywords, radius and time window are set in your agreement (see terms). Terms apply. Ask for the guarantee terms on your demo call before you sign anything. The guarantee covers the local keyword set agreed for your trade area, over a defined window.
Which platform are the sites built on?
Built on SGEN — the platform every one of Dispenza’s 500+ dispensary sites runs on. SGEN is Dispenza’s in-house website platform, so the team that hosts your site is the team running your campaigns. Menu-connected sites are built to be updated by staff.
What does it cost?
Pricing is scoped to your locations and both plans above list every module in full, with the site build included and no separate build fee. A quote for your store count takes one demo call. See how pricing works.
Dispenza is not in Atlanta. Does that matter?
No, and no agency needs to stand in your dispensary to move your pin. We keep offices in other markets, and every client in the country is served by the same team. What moves a Fulton County ranking is the work done on your Google Business Profile, your citations, your pages and your monthly report, none of which needs a desk in this county. What it does need is your address, your radius and your keyword set, which is what we scope with you on the demo call, along with the guarantee terms.
We are an independent pharmacy dispensing low-THC oil, not one of the three dispensaries. Does this work for us?
Yes, and the framing changes rather than the work. Georgia is the only state in the country that lets licensed independent pharmacies dispense low-THC oil, so the map has not finished sorting out what your counter is, and your profile category, the wording on your pages and the citations behind them are doing more work than they would anywhere else. We set those and report where your pin sits across your own radius every month. The three licensed dispensaries in this county are counted separately from you, and we keep them separate in your reporting too.
There are only three dispensaries here. Is there enough of a fight to spend on?
Growth is not what you would be buying; share is. Georgia allows one product and no adult-use trade, so nothing you or anyone else does creates demand here, and the only live question is which of the three doors this month's patient uses. A short list cuts both ways: the pins that answer her search are few, and what puts you among them is ordinary local search work rather than a bidding war. We report where you sit across your own grid every month, so you watch the share move instead of guessing at it.
Hemp stores keep turning up in the results for dispensary near us. What do you actually do about that?
We start by reading the map for your terms and marking which results are entitled to the word and which are not, because Georgia closed that line on hemp retailers on July 1, 2024. Then the work is yours rather than theirs: your profile category and product wording set so the map can classify you correctly, your pages written to the towns your patients actually search from, your citations consistent behind them. You get the before and after in your monthly report, so you can see which positions opened and which of them you took.
How long until we are in the top three?
We give you a window rather than a date. It depends on your profile's history, your radius, and which of this county's dispensing locations sit inside it. That window goes into the same agreement your top-three guarantee is written to, and we scope both to your address on the demo call, before anything is signed.
Book straight into the calendar. Bring your store count and your address; you leave the call with a quote scoped to your locations and the guarantee terms to read before you sign.
More markets
Other Georgia markets first, then the rest. Every market page is written to its own store count and its own map, and the guarantee is written to yours.
