Services
Florida hands you a buyer who was on the state patient list before she ever searched, and the twelve city halls that hold this county's approved locations decide only whether a door opens in their town at all, never how many. Twelve services answer both halves of that: three that rank you where she looks, four that build what she lands on, three that bring her back next month, two that keep score. Each row opens its own service page, and the two plans below say which of them you get.

Single-location dispensaries · multi-location dispensaries and MSOs · delivery dispensaries.
Nobody in Broward County creates a cannabis buyer. Of 2,037,472 residents, only the ones on Florida's active-patient list may buy from you at all, so the sale you take is one another dispensary lost. Here is that fight, and our move on each figure.
Above, four clients’ day zero against the month, in Share of Local Voice: the share of the local pack a store holds for "Dispensary Near Me" across its trade area.
The county's thirty-seven approved dispensing locations, the fifteen treatment-center brands holding them and the municipality split are the Florida Department of Health, Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU) dispensing-location table, counted on 10 September 2026 by filtering its county column to Broward. The twelve municipalities named are the whole of that list, which is why Pompano Beach, named in the county's own retail-corridor note, does not appear on it; twelve is the count of municipalities that hold an approved location, and no count of the municipalities inside Broward County appears anywhere, because none was recorded. Population is the US Census Bureau Vintage 2024 estimate, 2,037,472. Local control, the pharmacy-criteria limit and the five-hundred-foot school setback are Fla. Stat. 381.986(11)(b) and (11)(c); the single-sign and internet-advertising restrictions are Fla. Stat. 381.986(8)(h) with Rule 64-4.022 F.A.C. The four-more-licenses-per-milestone escalation carries no section citation here, because none was recorded with it. No statewide dispensing-location total appears here, because the two OMMU sources consulted for this county give different statewide totals. No emergency-rule advertising specifics appear either, because they were carried only by a secondary summary. Whether any Broward municipality has banned dispensing outright was not verified, and no ban is claimed.
Thirty-seven doors, fifteen brands.
Florida licenses the company, not the storefront: one vertically integrated treatment center wins approval for each of its addresses separately, so this county's thirty-seven approved locations answer to just fifteen brands. Most doors you face belong to a group buying its marketing once for every address. On the map that edge vanishes, because a local pack shows three results whoever owns the pins, and putting yours in that three, for an agreed keyword set and radius, is what we guarantee in writing.
Where those doors actually sit.
Deerfield Beach holds nine, Fort Lauderdale and Tamarac five apiece, Hollywood four, Dania Beach and Hallandale Beach three each, Coral Springs and Oakland Park two, and Coconut Creek, Lauderhill, Pembroke Park and Wilton Manors one apiece; Pompano Beach is not on the list at all. Your contest is your municipality's, never the county's: a patient in Wilton Manors chooses between very different pins than one in Deerfield Beach. We build your profile, your pages and your citations to the town your door opens onto, and draw your rank grid around it.
Every city hall gets a switch, not a dial.
Florida gives each municipality two options and no third: keep dispensing out, or allow it and lose any power to cap how many arrive, on siting terms no stricter than a pharmacy's. Four more licenses issue within six months of every hundred-thousand-patient milestone, so the field around you widens on a schedule you never set. The map does not. We hold your three with profile work, citations and on-page work, and report your Share of Local Voice across your own grid monthly.
Most dispensaries rent their marketing from four vendors and hope the pieces talk to each other. They rarely do.
Broward's thirty-seven approved dispensing locations answer to just fifteen treatment-center brands and sit in twelve separate municipalities, each able to shut dispensing out entirely or to let an uncapped number in, so the rivals crowding your pin are buying their marketing at group scale while you pay four vendors that never speak to each other to defend it.
You know the rules you sell under better than any agency does, so this page does not restate them. If you want the references, both are in the library: dispensary advertising rules by state and cannabis marketing compliance.
Your stack is rented from four vendors.
A marketplace listing, a menu vendor, a loyalty or SMS tool and a generic retainer, each with its own login. Fix: one platform (SGEN) and one agency, with the site, the menu and the campaigns in one place.
Local SEO is an upsell tier elsewhere.
The work that puts you in the local pack for "Dispensary Near Me" is often gated behind the top plan. Fix: ranking work is included from the first dollar. Localized on-page SEO, 100+ off-page profiles and Google Business Profile management are in both plans.
Menu traffic leaks to marketplaces.
A shopper who finds your store on a third-party listing is that listing’s customer. Fix: menu-connected SGEN sites keep the order on your domain, with staff updating the menu themselves.
Four invoices, four account managers.
Nobody owns the result. Fix: one point of contact, one monthly report showing what ran, what it cost and what it returned.
Web design and development are included — no separate build fee.
Local SEO, menu-connected websites, email, SMS and loyalty under one contract.
New Frontier Data (2026-06-21) put one operator’s cost per new customer at about $23. So we manage the channel that costs the least per visit: the local pack.
Our currency is Share of Local Voice (SoLV) for "Dispensary Near Me" — the share of local-pack visibility your store holds for that search across its trade area, reported with its window and case page.
The twelve services are the same in every market; the scope is not, and in Broward County the scope is your municipality rather than the county line. Your keyword set, your radius, your rank grid and the window your top-three guarantee is written to are all drawn around the door your patients actually walk through.
If you also deliver to patients from one of those addresses, bring that side of the operation to the demo call: we scope the service-area grid to the places you actually serve, and your keyword set and radius are drawn to match.
If you run one address.
Florida approves your addresses one at a time, so one address is one map fight and it is winnable on its own terms. Deerfield Beach, Tamarac, Hollywood and Wilton Manors are four separate contests at four different densities, and a patient searching in one of them never sees your pin from another. We write your keyword set, your landing page and your Google Business Profile to the municipality your door is in, draw the rank grid around your own radius rather than a county line no patient can see, and report Share of Local Voice across that grid every month, so you can see which streets you hold. See marketing for the single-location dispensary.
If you hold several across the county.
Fifteen brands carry the county's thirty-seven approved locations, so most of the doors around you are group-held, and a group that averages its marketing across a county averages away the address that is quietly losing. We give you one SGEN domain with a location selector, a page and a Google Business Profile for every address, a citation set per address, and a roll-up report with a row per address, so Coral Springs is never hidden inside Fort Lauderdale's numbers. The top-three guarantee is written the same way, per address, to each one's keyword set and radius. See marketing for multi-location dispensaries and MSOs.
Your fight in this county is municipal, not countywide: twelve city halls hold the doors between them, each one able to shut dispensing out or to let an uncapped number in on siting terms no stricter than a pharmacy's. Six things that does to your store, what each one costs you at the till, and what we do about it under a top-three guarantee written to your keyword set and radius.
Your pack is Deerfield Beach's or Wilton Manors', never Broward's
There is no countywide map result and there never will be: a patient in Wilton Manors gets the Wilton Manors three, a patient in Deerfield Beach gets a three drawn from nine doors instead of one. The municipal spread tells you exactly how crowded your own contest is, and every pin in it is only as good as the work behind it. Google Business Profile management sits in both plans: primary category set right, product and service lists complete, hours current, questions and reviews answered, worked every month, so your pin is one your municipality's three cannot leave out. See the guide: Google Business Profile for dispensaries.
Fifteen brand names, thirty-seven doors, one patient searching a town
Florida licenses the company rather than the storefront, so fifteen brand names carry all thirty-seven approved locations here, and each brand site files your address as one row in a locator. A patient looking for Tamarac or Hallandale Beach is not searching a brand, she is searching a town, and a locator row does not answer her. Your own pages, written to the town your door is in with your menu on them, are what does; that is a build decision before it is a keyword one, and we make it on your SGEN domain and your profile before the ranking work starts. See the guide: the cannabis SEO guide.
One sign is the whole street you are allowed
Under Fla. Stat. 381.986(8)(h) nothing you advertise may be visible from a public street or sidewalk except a single exterior sign carrying your name or approved logo, and internet advertising needs the Department's sign-off before it runs. Read as a rule that is a restriction; read as a budget it tells you where your money cannot go before you spend a quarter finding out. What is left is the map, the site and menu she lands on, and the patients already on your list, and those are the surfaces we run for you on one contract. See the guide: dispensary advertising rules by state.
Approval attaches to an address, so the site is what you can still change
Your approval here is tied to one specific address, which makes growth a siting question before it is a marketing question, and siting is slow. What is entirely yours to change is what happens after the tap: your pages, your menu integration and your load time, on a domain you own, where the order stays with you rather than with a marketplace renting you back your own patient. Both plans include that build with no separate build fee, and every pin you hold sends its tap to it. See the guide: the dispensary website design guide.
A patient on the state list is a returning patient, and returning is where the margin is
Florida authorizes medical use only and its treatment centers are the sole lawful cannabis retailers, which makes your buyer a repeat one by design: she is on the state active-patient list before she ever shops, and she comes back on a schedule. Against fifteen brands that can outspend you on acquisition, the customers who already chose you are the one asset nobody can rank away, because it is a relationship rather than a position. Points, tiers, an email list and an SMS list wired into your POS are how you keep it, and that retention layer is what separates our two plans. See the guide: the dispensary loyalty program guide.
Your next rival gets sited on pharmacy terms
A Broward municipality that allows dispensing at all may not hold a new location to criteria stricter than the ones it applies to pharmacies, and the one hard line is five hundred feet from a school unless the local government approves the site in a formal public proceeding. That is a low bar, and it means the door beside yours can open on ordinary retail terms while your marketing plan assumes it will not. So plan for arrivals rather than against them: local search first, the menu second, retention third, one report saying what ran and what it returned, and we sequence that for your address rather than hand you a checklist. See the guide: the dispensary marketing guide.

Do you guarantee rankings?
A written top-3 local ranking guarantee — Dispenza’s own offer; the keywords, radius and time window are set in your agreement (see terms). Terms apply. Ask for the guarantee terms on your demo call before you sign anything. The guarantee covers the local keyword set agreed for your trade area, over a defined window.
Which platform are the sites built on?
Built on SGEN — the platform every one of Dispenza’s 500+ dispensary sites runs on. SGEN is Dispenza’s in-house website platform, so the team that hosts your site is the team running your campaigns. Menu-connected sites are built to be updated by staff.
What does it cost?
Pricing is scoped to your locations and both plans above list every module in full, with the site build included and no separate build fee. A quote for your store count takes one demo call. See how pricing works.
Do you have an office in Broward County?
No, and no agency needs one to move your pin. We keep offices in other markets and every client in the country is served by the same team. What moves a Broward County ranking is the work done on your Google Business Profile, your citations, your site and your monthly report, none of which needs anyone standing in your dispensary; what it does need is your address, your radius and your keyword set, which is what we scope with you on the demo call, along with the guarantee terms.
We are in Tamarac, not Fort Lauderdale. Does the campaign change?
Yes, and it should. The county's approved locations sit in twelve different municipalities and the density is nothing like even: Deerfield Beach carries nine of them, Tamarac and Fort Lauderdale five apiece, Wilton Manors one. We write your keyword set, your landing page and your profile to the municipality your door is in, draw the rank grid around its radius, and write the top-three guarantee to that grid. A campaign scoped to the county line would be measuring a map your patients never see.
A new dispensary just opened down the street from us. What do you actually do?
In Florida that is normal and it is not going to stop: a municipality that allows dispensing at all cannot cap how many arrive, and four more licenses issue within six months of every hundred-thousand-patient milestone the state passes. So we treat the local pack as the scarce thing it is. We rebuild your profile and your pages against the phrases your patients actually type, tighten your citations, and draw a rank grid across your radius so you can see, point by point, whether the new arrival is taking your visibility or only your parking. That report reaches you every month.
Florida barely lets us advertise. Does that shrink what you can run?
It changes where the money goes, not how much of it works. With almost nothing allowed on the street beyond a single exterior sign, the surfaces that decide a Broward patient's next visit are the ones you own outright: the local pack your dispensary sits in, the site and menu she lands on, and the email, SMS and loyalty that bring her back. Most of our twelve services live on those surfaces and not one of them depends on a sign. We run them on one contract and report what each returned, so you can see which surface is feeding the till.
How long until we are in the top three?
We give you a window, not a date. It depends on your profile's history, your radius, and which of the county's thirty-seven approved locations sit inside it. The window goes into the agreement the top-three guarantee is written to, and we scope both to your address on the demo call, before anything is signed.
Book straight into the calendar. Bring your store count and your address; you leave the call with a quote scoped to your locations and the guarantee terms to read before you sign.
More markets
Other Florida markets first, then the rest. Every market page is written to its own store count and its own map, and the guarantee is written to yours.
Long-term relationships built on trust, transparency, & results
We get it, the digital marketing and cannabis industries don't always have the most dependable people to rely on. That's why at Dispenza, we back up what we say with results.
