Services
Florida authorizes medical use only, so no campaign here adds a buyer to the pool; it moves one from a rival's counter to yours. Twelve services do that in sequence: three rank your store, four build the site and the menu a search lands on, three bring the patient back next month, two keep score. Each row opens its own service page, and the two plans set out which of them you get.

Nobody markets a new cannabis buyer into existence in Florida, because the state authorizes medical use only and treatment centers are its sole lawful cannabis retailers, so the sale you take next month is one a rival lost. Thirty approved dispensing locations want her. Here is that fight, and our move on each figure.
Above, four clients’ day zero against the month, in Share of Local Voice: the share of the local pack a store holds for "Dispensary Near Me" across its trade area.
The 30 approved dispensing locations, the 14 brands and the town-by-town split were counted from the Florida Department of Health, Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU) dispensing-location table, retrieved 10 September 2026, and reconciled against the OMMU Weekly Update of 4 September 2026, company for company, across all 23 companies the update lists. County assignment was re-derived through the US Census geocoder: 26 of the 30 addresses resolved inside Brevard, none to any other county, and four went unmatched on address-range gaps alone. Population is the US Census Bureau's Vintage 2024 estimate. No statewide dispensing-location total is stated here, because the two OMMU totals recorded for this build differ by one and that difference is unresolved. Palm Bay's prohibition is Ordinance 2026-13; no other municipality's ban status was verified, so none is claimed. No county sales figure was verified, so none is stated. The sign and internet-advertising limits are Fla. Stat. 381.986(8)(h) and Rule 64-4.022, F.A.C.
30 doors. 14 brands. 658,447 residents.
Fourteen treatment-center brands run all 30 approved dispensing locations in this county, and the 658,447 people who live here are not your market: Florida authorizes medical use only, so your real pool is a fraction of it and no budget enlarges that. When she searches, her phone returns three results. Putting your pin in that three, for an agreed keyword set and radius, is what we guarantee in writing.
Palm Bay holds nine of the thirty, and no tenth is coming.
Nine of the 30 approved dispensing locations trade in Palm Bay. Ordinance 2026-13 prohibits treatment-center dispensing facilities city-wide and grandfathered the shops already open, so that nine is a closed set and your rivals there are named and fixed. When the field cannot grow, share is the only thing left to take, and it is taken on the map, on your site, and on the customers who already have your number. Our monthly report says which slots you hold and which you are losing.
Ten towns, ten separate map fights.
Those 30 doors sit unevenly across ten municipalities: Palm Bay nine, Merritt Island five, Melbourne and Titusville four each, Cocoa and Cocoa Beach two each, and Cape Canaveral, Indialantic, Satellite Beach and West Melbourne one apiece. There is no county-wide result, so a campaign written to the county is written to a map your customers never see. We write your keyword set, your Google Business Profile and your landing page to the town your door opens onto, and report Share of Local Voice across that grid monthly.
Most dispensaries rent their marketing from four vendors and hope the pieces talk to each other. They rarely do.
Fourteen treatment-center brands hold all 30 approved dispensing locations in Brevard County and nine of those doors sit in Palm Bay, where Ordinance 2026-13 grandfathered the shops already trading and closed the city to a tenth, so your competitive set here is small, named and largely fixed, and paying a listing vendor, a menu vendor, a texting platform and an agency separately is paying four margins to lose one map slot to it.
You know the rules you sell under better than any agency does, so this page does not restate them. If you want the references, both are in the library: dispensary advertising rules by state and cannabis marketing compliance.
Your stack is rented from four vendors.
A marketplace listing, a menu vendor, a loyalty or SMS tool and a generic retainer, each with its own login. Fix: one platform (SGEN) and one agency, with the site, the menu and the campaigns in one place.
Local SEO is an upsell tier elsewhere.
The work that puts you in the local pack for "Dispensary Near Me" is often gated behind the top plan. Fix: ranking work is included from the first dollar. Localized on-page SEO, 100+ off-page profiles and Google Business Profile management are in both plans.
Menu traffic leaks to marketplaces.
A shopper who finds your store on a third-party listing is that listing’s customer. Fix: menu-connected SGEN sites keep the order on your domain, with staff updating the menu themselves.
Four invoices, four account managers.
Nobody owns the result. Fix: one point of contact, one monthly report showing what ran, what it cost and what it returned.
Web design and development are included — no separate build fee.
Local SEO, menu-connected websites, email, SMS and loyalty under one contract.
New Frontier Data (2026-06-21) put one operator’s cost per new customer at about $23. So we manage the channel that costs the least per visit: the local pack.
Our currency is Share of Local Voice (SoLV) for "Dispensary Near Me" — the share of local-pack visibility your store holds for that search across its trade area, reported with its window and case page.
The twelve services above are the same in every market; what changes for you is the scope. In this county the scope is a town, not a county line, so your keyword set, your rank grid and the radius your top-three guarantee is written to are all drawn around the door your patients actually walk through.
If you deliver to patients as well, bring that side of the operation to the demo call: we scope the service-area grid and the keyword set to the addresses you actually serve.
If you run one address.
Nine of the county's approved dispensing locations are in Palm Bay, five in Merritt Island, four each in Melbourne and Titusville, and one apiece in Cape Canaveral, Indialantic, Satellite Beach and West Melbourne. That is not one contest, it is ten, and yours is the one your door sits in. So we build your store its own keyword set, its own Google Business Profile and its own citation set, draw the rank grid around your own radius rather than a boundary no customer can see, and report Share of Local Voice point by point every month, so you can see the streets you hold and the streets you are losing. See marketing for the single-location dispensary.
If you run several across the county.
Fourteen brands hold 30 approved dispensing locations here, so there are more doors in this county than there are companies running them, and a patient searching in Titusville never sees your Melbourne pin. We give you one SGEN domain with a location selector, a page and a Google Business Profile per address, a citation set per address, and a roll-up report with a row for every location, so the door quietly losing share is never averaged into the one that is winning. Your top-three guarantee is written per location, to each address's own keyword set and radius. See marketing for multi-location dispensaries and MSOs.
Six things this county does to your store, what each one costs you at the counter, and what we do about it under a top-three guarantee written to an agreed keyword set, radius and window. Each links the guide that goes deeper, if you want the method before the call.
Ten towns, ten packs, and four of them hold a single door
Palm Bay has nine approved dispensing locations, Merritt Island five, Melbourne and Titusville four each, Cocoa and Cocoa Beach two each, and Cape Canaveral, Indialantic, Satellite Beach and West Melbourne one apiece. Your contest is whichever of those ten you trade in, and its three map slots do not care what the rest of the county is doing. A profile with the right primary category, a complete product list, current hours and every review answered is what fills those slots, and it is worked monthly in both plans, so your pin is one your own town's three cannot leave out. See the guide: Google Business Profile for dispensaries.
Melbourne and West Melbourne are two different markets
Four of the county's approved dispensing locations are in Melbourne and one is in West Melbourne, and a page written to the county competes properly in neither. Your site needs a page for the town your door is in, written to the phrases a patient there actually types, with the county page as its parent rather than its replacement. That is one architecture decision, made once, at build time, and it is the one most often got wrong. We make it on your own SGEN domain before the first keyword is chased. See the guide: the cannabis SEO guide.
Every ad, your website and your app go to the state first
Florida requires the Office of Medical Marijuana Use to approve internet advertising by a treatment center before it runs, and that approval reaches your website and your mobile app, not only the creative. For you that is a review queue rather than a creative brief, and a general agency that has never filed one will cost you weeks before a single campaign is live. We are a dispensary-only agency, so the review queue is a step we plan into the schedule rather than discover on your account, and we will tell you at the demo call which of your surfaces can go live now and which need a submission first. See the guide: the cannabis marketing compliance guide.
The street gives you one sign; the shelf you own is the site
Florida allows a treatment center a single exterior sign carrying its business name or approved logo, and no other advertising for your shop may be visible from a public street or sidewalk. So the window that decides your next sale is the one on the phone: the page a patient lands on, the menu she orders from, and how fast both load. That is the surface no sign rule reaches and the one entirely in your hands. Both plans include the build on your own SGEN domain, with no separate build fee, and every pin you win sends its tap there. See the guide: the dispensary website design guide.
When no tenth door can open, the list you own is the growth
Palm Bay's ordinance grandfathered the nine shops already trading and closed the city to any new dispensing facility, so nobody there is losing share to a new arrival: share comes from the customers already buying somewhere. An email list you own is the cheapest way to reach them, it costs a fraction of what winning a new customer costs, and it is the one channel a better-capitalized rival cannot outbid you for. OUTREACH Email is the Enterprise module we run for it, wired to your menu-connected site so every send lands on a page that takes the order. See the guide: the dispensary email marketing playbook.
Fourteen brands, thirty doors, and four invoices against them
There are more approved dispensing locations in this county than there are companies running them, so at least some of the doors beside you belong to a group that buys its marketing once, centrally, at scale. If you pay a listing site, a menu tool, a texting platform and an agency separately, you pay four margins for four systems that never speak to each other, against a rival paying one. What each rented piece costs is set out from dated third-party sources. Both of our plans put the site, the ranking work and the reporting on one contract, and the top-three guarantee is written to your keyword set and radius. See the guide: what dispensary marketing costs.

Do you guarantee rankings?
A written top-3 local ranking guarantee — Dispenza’s own offer; the keywords, radius and time window are set in your agreement (see terms). Terms apply. Ask for the guarantee terms on your demo call before you sign anything. The guarantee covers the local keyword set agreed for your trade area, over a defined window.
Which platform are the sites built on?
Built on SGEN — the platform every one of Dispenza’s 500+ dispensary sites runs on. SGEN is Dispenza’s in-house website platform, so the team that hosts your site is the team running your campaigns. Menu-connected sites are built to be updated by staff.
What does it cost?
Pricing is scoped to your locations and both plans above list every module in full, with the site build included and no separate build fee. A quote for your store count takes one demo call. See how pricing works.
We trade in Palm Bay. Does the city's ban help us or hurt us?
It fixes your competitive set. Nine of the county's 30 approved dispensing locations are in Palm Bay, and the city's ordinance closed it to any new dispensing facility while grandfathering the shops already open, so the field of nine you trade in is the field you will keep trading in, and the rivals inside it are the ones you already know. That cuts both ways: nobody new can take share off you, and nobody is going to hand you any either. It has to be taken on the map and on the list you own, which is the work we sell, scoped to an agreed keyword set, radius and window under the top-three guarantee.
Only one dispensary is approved in our town. Isn't the map already ours?
Not by default. Cape Canaveral, Indialantic, Satellite Beach and West Melbourne each hold one approved dispensing location, but a local pack fills from what a searcher is near rather than from a town line, so the shops in the next town along are in your result whenever a patient sits closer to them than to you. Being the only door in your town is an advantage you still have to claim: the profile, the categories, the product pages and the citations have to say plainly what you sell and where you are. We do that work and report the grid to you every month.
Should we run one Brevard County campaign, or one per town?
One per address, with the county work as its parent. The county's 30 approved dispensing locations sit in ten separate municipalities, and the three slots in Palm Bay are a different contest from the three in Titusville, so a single county campaign spends your budget on a map no patient ever sees. We write a page, a profile and a keyword set per address, draw the rank grid around each one, and roll the whole thing into one monthly report, so you can compare your own doors with each other instead of with an average.
Florida makes us clear our advertising with the state. What can you actually run?
Most of what moves the needle, because the surfaces we work on are the ones you own outright. Your shop gets one exterior sign and no other advertising visible from the street, and internet advertising, your website and your app all need the Office of Medical Marijuana Use to approve them before they run. So the money goes where no sign rule reaches: the local pack, the site and menu a patient lands on, and the email, SMS and loyalty that bring her back. We run those on one contract, file what needs filing, and report what each surface returned.
Where is Dispenza based, and does that matter for a Brevard County store?
Our home office is in Las Vegas and we keep offices in other markets too, and every client in the country is served by the same team. Nothing that moves a Brevard County pin needs somebody standing in your shop: it is done on your Google Business Profile, your citations, your site and your monthly report. What we do need from you is your address, the radius your patients travel and the keyword set you want to own, which is what we scope together on the demo call, before anything is signed.
Book straight into the calendar. Bring your store count and your address; you leave the call with a quote scoped to your locations and the guarantee terms to read before you sign.
More markets
Other Florida markets first, then the rest. Every market page is written to its own store count and its own map, and the guarantee is written to yours.
Long-term relationships built on trust, transparency, & results
We get it, the digital marketing and cannabis industries don't always have the most dependable people to rely on. That's why at Dispenza, we back up what we say with results.
